Main Contractors who sub-contract packages to us, particularly where the work is substantial, requires specialist skills or where expert site supervision is necessary. We undertake projects for leading north-west contractors, including:

• Masonry sub-contract packages: a full range of services, from labour only to full-package labour, plant and materials;
• Joinery sub-contract packages: a full range of services, from labour only to full-package labour, plant and materials; and
• Full multi-trade building packages.

Clients, both commercial and domestic, who employ David White Construction as the principal contractor on a site. We manage the whole process, from planning and design to completion of the build, working on projects for domestic clients and commercial sector names including Booths Supermarkets and Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
